PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
Able to display our Core Values with internal and external customers.
Display a learning mindset and is always prepared to take on additional tasks and responsibilities to achieve Team KPI's. CUstomer focused.
Accurately completes customer card with all relevant details and efficiently completes the booking of customer delivery.
Be visible to customers and approach with a greeting and opening to offer Sales Service.
Displays positive attitude, empathy and passion for SALES. Creates a competitive spirit on the floor.
Establish the need of the customer through use of T.E.D questioning techniques - Tell, Explain and Describe questions.
Handle customers with confidence and guide them to the appropriate zones where products are located to meet customer needs.
Report any damages to the Store Manager so that actions can be taken to rectify problems.
Assist if required in the unloading of product deliveries, receive and check the deliveries from LDC and store safely in the correct locations in the Back-Up facility of the Store.
Demonstrate efficient unpacking and packing skills of both furniture and accessories to prevent the risk of damage of products.
Ensure an effective housekeeping routine is established to maintain the Back-Up is free
from dust and dirt, all products are clean and properly stored.
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked work station.
Scan goods and ensuring pricing is accurate. Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
Personal grooming and appearance is of a high standard.
Requirements for full time work with a floating day off.
Ability to operate general office equipment, keyboard, mouse, printers, and copiers.
Experience:
2-3 years experienced working within a retail environment, previous leadership experience as Customer Service.
Representative, Sales Consultant or equivalent.
Experience in selling lifestyle consumer goods is preferred.
Candidates should be available in Qatar with NOC.
